Fine Print

(By purchasing an animal from me, you agree to the following terms)

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. The only exception is a trade where we are each responsible for our part unless one package is grossly heavier and more expensive to ship than the other. I DO NOT RAPE YOU ON SHIPPING COSTS LIKE OTHERS. Please e-mail your city/state/zip, and I will give you a shipping quote. Those on the east coast can expect VERY reasonable rates ($15-25) and those on the west coast only $22-35. These are estimates, so please e-mail me.

Please report any losses within an hour of delivery. I guarantee these animals will arrive alive upon overnight delivery, but someone must be there to open the box and get fresh oxygen in there. If the box is sitting there for several hours you are taking a risk. This is why you must report to me within an hour of delivery. ALSO, if you are not there to receive the box upon the FIRST delivery attempt THEN I am not responsible for ANYTHING! Please make sure you are there and near the door. It is the responsible thing to do for these animals.

You may have to send the carcasses back so I can have autopsies done by a certified veterinarian. If the animal died because of my fault, I will promptly refund your money. However if the fault is that of the consumers, I will charge you for the autopsy fee. At the very least, you will be responsible to send pictures of the dead animal so it can be compared to my pics of the snake.
*If you inject anything into the snake or give any other kind of medication, I am not responsible. All snakes are guaranteed feeding and alert upon arrival.
Live arrival is guaranteed, however I cannot be responsible for losses due to postal delays or the consumer's general lack of knowledge on the animal's care. Feel free to ask me any care questions before (and after!) your purchase.
All sales/trades are final! A credit will be issued in some cases at my discretion. I want you to be utterly and completely satisfied with you order, but I cannot make up for others' mistakes. A transaction starts when you send me payment. It ends when the animal arrives at your door or when you leave my facility (in the case of picking up an animal). Most of my animals are captive bred and born, but I sometimes may have a wild caught animal available. These animals are discounted in price because they are from the wild and do not come with any extra coverage. All animals are guaranteed to arrive healthy. THAT IS IT! I do not and cannot know what people do to these animals after they leave my facility. This is why I offer to take many pictures of the animals BEFORE your purchase. Be sure you want the animal, as the loss will be yours.
Let the animals rest untouched for a few days in a tank with a large water bowl so they can deal with the stresses of shipment. You should offer food within 48 hours of arrival.
